As part of the exhibition Ex-tempore 10, award-winning works from the OGP’s collections 2014-2024, which accompanies this year’s ex-tempore, we will organize informal conversations about contemporary visual art with experts and artists. Meetings between various actors working in the art field aim to bring contemporary art closer to a wider audience, especially from the point of view of creators and art connoisseurs.
The second meeting will take place in the Piran City Gallery on Saturday, November 9th 2024, starting at 10:00. We will talk with Miran Mohar, painter, graphic designer, scenographer, member of the Irwin group and co-founder of the collective Neue Slowenische Kunst, the theater of the Scipinon Nasice sisters and the design group Novi kolektivizem, and Tina Konec, visual artist and winner of the 2018 Ex-tempore.
