PRESENTATION OF THE CREATIONS OF MORNARČEK KINDERGARTEN WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE UNESCO PROJECT “WITH A FAIRY TALE THROUGH TIME” |

At the presentation of the Unesco project “With a fairy tale through time”, children, parents and the general public will be greeted by the director of the Coastal Galleries of Piran, Mara Ambrožič Verderber, and the director of the Mornarček kindergarten, Renata Novak. Followed by the children’s performance and a presentation of the creations that are the result of their research and creativity.
With the help of their mentors at the Mornarček kindergarten, children were able to explored the cultural heritage of their home town along with fairy tales and legends, which are the link between the past and the present. The children were encouraged to express their experiences in various artistic languages using their own creativity. Through fairy tales and legends, they learned about the lives of people in past eras and enriched the values of folk tradition.
