For the summer period, Piran Coastal Galleries is preparing the new schedule of events and exhibitions, mainly focused on artists from the littoral.
From the 2nd of July to the 5th of September, the Loža Gallery of Koper will host a solo show of the local artist Tilen Žbona, named Moonlight Reflection, including some of his most recent artworks, which interact with the surrounding space through digital images. The author, native of Koper, maintained the artistic positions he developed at the beginning of his career, when he started combining classical painting with new media.

Mira Ličen, born in Piran, is an established painter and restorer; her artworks are marked by a great versatility and by an incisive and distinctive artistic expression. Her artistic production has a strong connection with the religious iconography of the genius loci and with the spiritual sphere related to European religions. A decade after her retrospective organized by the PCG group at the Venetian gallery A+A, Piran Coastal Galleries are dedicating her a solo show entitled Lux et Vox that displays paintings and glass sculptures, from the 9th of July to the 29th of August.

The Herman Pečarič Gallery of Piran is hosting a sculpture exhibition dedicated to Vojc Sodnicar Ponis (1959-2019), named Kamenčki/Pebbles. The Coastal Galleries, in collaboration with the Italian Community of Piran Giuseppe Tartini, is organizing a guided tour, that will take place on the 11th of July 2021, at 17:00 at Vojc’s Atelier, located in Parecag 24, Sečovlje, and will continue at 18:30 at the Herman Pečarič Gallery of Piran. Vojc’s life and career will be introduced by art critic Enzo Santese.
