The project There is Another Station, originally presented during Berlin Fashion Week in the attic loft of the seventh floor of Kühlhaus, is moving from an urban environment to the coastal setting of Piran. It is a reinterpretation — a connection between performance as an immersive experience and choreographed movement-based video works that create atmosphere and an emotional frame for each individual bag.

What arrives in Piran is a distilled essence of the event in the form of video projections, placed in a gallery space as an ambient layer supporting the showroom of the LANE LANO fashion bag collection. Each video is conceived as visual poetry, entering into dialogue with a specific bag — its material, color, and character.

The projections will be accompanied by original music by Mario Babojelić and vocals by musician Maja Krebl, creating a multilayered sensory experience where fashion, movement, sound, and space come together as a unified narrative.

The project is organized in collaboration with the WE.ARE Institute and is funded by the Municipality of Piran as part of its 2025 cultural program.

Lana Angel is an interdisciplinary costume and fashion designer working at the intersection of fashion, visual art, and performance. Her creative process is rooted in material exploration, experimentation, and the transformation of textile remnants into uniquely designed fashion objects.

In addition to design, she also works as a scenographer, costume designer, and graphic designer. Notable collaborations include the visual identity for the FUGA festival in Koper, graphic design for three productions at HAUNT Gallery in Berlin, collaboration with the Slovene National Theatre in Kranj, and costume work for film and TV productions such as Gorske sanje and the documentary Piran Underground.

Her latest artistic production is the authorial project There Is Another Station, which premiered on July 3, 2025, as part of Berlin Fashion Week at Kühlhaus Berlin. The project is now moving to Piran, where it will be adapted to the local environment and presented in a new version.

Lana Angel currently lives and works in Berlin. Her work is defined by strong aesthetic sensitivity, layered design approaches, and a desire to transcend traditional boundaries between fashion, art, and spatial installation.
