The Municipality of Koper has recently introduced a series of activities to revitalize the historic city center of the town of Koper. Among them the launch of the project Notte Bianca, which, on the occasion of International Women's Day, on Saturday March 8, 2025, encourages »cultural institutions, restaurants and other public spaces« to stay open until late in the evening.
The Coastal Galleries of Piran are participating in the initiative with an extended program at the Medusa Gallery in Calle Callegaria, where visitors can visit the exhibition PAINTERS OF THE COAST until 7 p.m.
In the morning, from 11:30 to 12:30, the Piran Coastal Galleries will host FREE WORKSHOPS FOR THE LITTLE ONES (6 – 12 years) under the expert guidance of the art educator Lavra Bregar. For more information, please contact: ana.papez@obalne-galerije.si.
Kind visitors are also invited to visit the exhibition MISCELLANEA. STORIES FROM THE OGP COLLECTION on display at the Loža Gallery until 5 pm.
