As part of the exhibition Ex-tempore 10, award-winning works from the OGP’s collections 2014-2024, which accompanies this year’s ex-tempore, we will organize informal conversations about contemporary visual art with experts and artists. Meetings between various actors working in the art field aim to bring contemporary art closer to a wider audience, especially from the point of view of creators and art connoisseurs.
The first meeting will take place in the Piran City Gallery on Saturday, October 19 starting at 10:00. We will talk with Tina Fortič Jakopič, art historian and curator of the art collection at the Museum of Recent and Contemporary History of Slovenia, and Ulla Žibert, visual artist and recipient of the Ex-tempore 2017 Grand prix.
