Our autumn meetings entitled ROOM, linked to the Ex-tempore international painting, will continue in 2025.
This important and well-established figurative art event celebrates its 60th edition this year.
During the meetings, we will discuss with artists, critics and other figures in the field of contemporary art.
This year's first appointment will be held during the Ex-Tempore week. We will host two Slovenian contemporary art critics and experts.
Dejan Mehmedovič, art critic and former director of the Insula Gallery in Izola, has been a member of the international jury of Ex-tempore in Piran on several occasions. Art historian Dr Mag. Vid Lenard works as an art critic and publicist. He teaches at the University of Primorska, Faculty of Education. The conversation will be moderated by Dr. Tina Jazbec, curator of the Piran Coastal Galleries.
